[Important Notes Regarding Foreign Exchange Margin Trading]
Foreign exchange margin trading carries the risk of losses due to fluctuations in foreign exchange rates and interest rates, and the principal investment is not guaranteed. You can trade amounts larger than the deposited margin, and the rate of change in the principal investment is greater than the market fluctuation rate, potentially exceeding the deposited margin amount depending on the circumstances. The buy and sell prices for each currency offered by our company differ. The required margin deposit for customers is equivalent to 4% of the transaction amount. For corporate customers, the required margin is 1% or more of the transaction amount, multiplied by the assumed exchange rate risk ratio for each currency pair calculated by the Financial Futures Association of Japan. The assumed exchange rate risk ratio is calculated using the quantitative calculation model stipulated in Article 117, Paragraph 27, Item 1 of the Cabinet Office Ordinance concerning Financial Instruments Business, etc. In the event of a stop-loss or forced settlement, a fee of 500 yen (including tax) per 10,000 currency units (however, for Hungarian Forint/Yen, South African Rand/Yen, and Mexican Peso/Yen, the fee is 500 yen (including tax) per 100,000 currency units) will be incurred. A stop-loss will occur if the total market value falls below 50% of the required margin (100% for corporate customers). In the event of a stop-loss or forced settlement, losses exceeding the principal may occur. Spreads may widen during periods of rapid market changes, economic indicator announcements, etc. Slippage may occur, resulting in execution at a less favorable price than the order price. Furthermore, orders may be rejected due to reasons such as decreased market liquidity.
